Gift Cards

Step 1: Create a New Gift Card

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Products > Gift Cards.

2. • Go to Shopify Admin > Products > Gift Cards.

3. Click Create gift card.

4. (Optional) Change the Gift card code if needed.

5. Click Save.

Step 2: Create a Gift-Wrap Product

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Products > Add product (link)

2. Create a gift-wrap product.

3. Enter product details (title, description, price, and gift image if necessary).

4. Click Save.

Step 3: Create a Menu for Gift Wrapping

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online store > Navigation > Create menu.

2. Name the menu gift-wrapping (this ensures the handle assigned is gift-wrapping).

3. Add the gift-wrap product to the menu:

4. • Click Add menu item.

   • Enter a Name for the link to the gift-wrap product.

   • In the Link field, select Products, then choose the gift-wrap product from the dropdown list then select that product.

5. Click Save menu.

Step 4: Enable Gift Card in Cart

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes.

2. Click Customize to open the Theme Customizer.

3. Navigate to Theme Settings > Cart.

4. Enable gift wrap option to display it in the cart drawer.

5. Click Save.
