Why are the images blurry after importing the demo?
The images used in the demo are not included for download because they are copyrighted. If you plan to use the photos, we can provide the links to purchase the licenses.

When I try to do so, I get the error "An error occurred while fetching file from: https://www.tropicalfoodimport.com/wp-content/themes/Concho/ocdi/theme-customizer.dat! Reason: 403 - Forbidden."
The error message "403 - Forbidden" typically occurs when there are permission issues accessing the file or resource. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check File Permissions: Ensure that the file and directory permissions are correctly set on your server to allow access.

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
This error usually occurs when the entire ThemeForest download package (which includes documentation, licenses, and other files) is uploaded instead of the actual theme .zip file.
Make sure you are uploading only the theme .zip file and not the entire package downloaded from ThemeForest.
