chevron-rightWhen I try to do so, I get the error "An error occurred while fetching file from: https://www.tropicalfoodimport.com/wp-content/themes/Concho/ocdi/theme-customizer.dat! Reason: 403 - Forbidden."hashtag

The error message "403 - Forbidden" typically occurs when there are permission issues accessing the file or resource. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Check File Permissions: Ensure that the file and directory permissions are correctly set on your server to allow access.

  2. Server Security Settings: Some server security settings may block external file requests. You might need to adjust these settings or whitelist the URL.

  3. Correct URL: Double-check that the URL is correctly entered and accessible.

  4. Hosting Provider: If you're still facing issues, it may be helpful to contact your hosting provider to check for any server-side restrictions.

Please try these steps, and let us know if the issue persists. We’re here to help!

chevron-rightThe package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.hashtag

This error usually occurs when the entire ThemeForest download package (which includes documentation, licenses, and other files) is uploaded instead of the actual theme .zip file.

Make sure you are uploading only the theme .zip file and not the entire package downloaded from ThemeForest.
