Create A New Staff
1️⃣ Go to WordPress Dashboard → Staff → Add New Staff 2️⃣ Enter the Staff Title (e.g., "Nancy Williams") 3️⃣ Add a Staff Description (Write a detailed room overview)

Here, you can set the title and write a description for your Page. Scroll down a bit and you can see the Staff Settings: Feature Image, Gallery Options, Mandatory Fields and Service Settings

Feature Image & Gallery Options
Feature Image – Upload the main image for the staff.
Gallery Images – Add multiple images to showcase the staff.

The feature image was displayed in both listing and single page.
Gallery Options
Staff > “edit option” of an individual staff > scroll down to custom staff options > Click Gallery options

Gallery image: for upload the gallery image or featured image in it
Mandatory Fields
Staff > “edit option” of an individual staff > scroll down to custom staff options > Click mandatory options

Cost: Type the price of staff service. Eg: $ 150
Role: Enter the role of staff member. Eg: Arbitration Expert
Experience: Mention the experience year in this field. Eg: 11+
Specialization: Add the specialization of staff in that particular field. Eg:Disputes
E-mail Address: Input the staff e-mail id. Eg: wedesign@example.com
Social Profile: Attach the staff social media link. Eg: www.facebook.com
Service: Choose the service that the staff deals with.
Schedule Options
Staff > “edit option” of an individual staff > scroll down to custom staff options > Click Schedule Options

Optional Fields
The Optional Fields in Custom Service Settings allow you to add extra input options for customers, such as checkboxes, text fields, or dropdowns. These fields help collect additional information or preferences to tailor the service experience.
WeDesignTech Settings > General > click "Add Features"
Role: Defines the staff member’s position and responsibilities related to room services.
Specialization: Specifies the staff member’s area of expertise in hotel services.
Email Address: Used for staff communication and official correspondence.
Phone Number: Essential for direct communication between staff, management, and guests.
Social Profile: Allows staff members to share their professional or work-related social media links.
