Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rooms → Add New Room

The WeDesignTech Ultimate Booking Addon requires the WooCommerce plugin to manage room bookings and payments.

📌 Room Settings

1️⃣ Gallery Options

• Add multiple images to showcase the room.

2️⃣ Mandatory Fields

• Room Status: ✅ Set to "YES" if the room is available.

• Room Price: 💰 Base price per night for the minimum number of guests.

• Room Size: 📏 Define the room's dimensions (e.g., 220 sq.ft).

• Room Minimum & Maximum People: 👥 Define how many guests can stay.

• Additional Pricing:

  • Adult Extra Price: 💵 Charge per extra adult.

  • Children Extra Price: 👶 Charge per extra child.

3️⃣ Duration Options

• Duration From / To: 📆 Set time-based availability.

🛎️ Service Settings

You can add up to 4 additional services for each room:

• Service Name (e.g., Breakfast, Airport Pickup)

• Service Type (e.g., Food, Transport)

• Service Pack Calculation (Fixed Price, Per Night, Per Person, Free, etc.)

• Service Price (Enter price, or 0 if free)
