📌 Steps to Add a New Room

1️⃣ Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rooms → Add New Room 2️⃣ Enter the Room Title (e.g., "Deluxe Suite") 3️⃣ Add a Room Description (Write a detailed room overview) 4️⃣ Upload Room Images in the Gallery Options

Here, you can set the title and write a description for your Page. Scroll down a bit and you can see the Room Settings: Feature Image, Gallery Options, Mandatory Fields and Service Settings

Feature Image:

🖼️ Feature Image & Gallery Options

✅ Feature Image – Upload the main image for the room. ✅ Gallery Images – Add multiple images to showcase the room.

The feature image was displayed in both listing and single page.

Gallery Options:

Showcase your room with high-quality photos to attract more guests. Adding vibrant images creates a great first impression!

The images you add to the gallery will be displayed below the feature image on the single room page.

Mandatory Fields:

📌 Mandatory Fields

  • Room Status: ✅ Set to "YES" if the room is available.

  • Room Price: 💰 Base price per night for the minimum number of guests.

  • Room Size: 📏 Define the room's dimensions (e.g., 220 sq.ft).

  • Room Minimum & Maximum People: 👥 Define how many guests can stay.

  • Additional Pricing:

    • Adult Extra Price: 💵 Charge per extra adult.

    • Children Extra Price: 👶 Charge per extra child.

Duration Options

  • Duration From / To: 📆 Set time-based availability.

🛎️ Service Settings

You can add up to 4 additional services for each room:

  • Service Name (e.g., Breakfast, Airport Pickup)

  • Service Type (e.g., Food, Transport)

  • Service Pack Calculation (Fixed Price, Per Night, Per Person, Free, etc.)

  • Service Price (Enter price, or 0 if free)

  1. Room Status : "Switch to YES if the room is available for booking. If set to OFF, the room is unavailable or occupied."

Room Status will be displayed under the Reservation Form in the single Page.

  1. Room Price: "Enter the price per night for the room. Additional charges may apply for extra guests as per the pricing options below."

Room Price will be displayed Right Side Top Corner in Feature Image “single Page”

  1. Room Size: "Enter the size of the room in square feet (sq. ft). For example, 220 sq. ft."

Room Size will be displayed Left Side Bottom Corner in Feature Image “single Page”

  1. Room Minimum & Maximum Peoples: “For example Min (3) - Max (5)”

Guests will be displayed Left Side Bottom Corner in Feature Image “single Page”

  1. Additional Adult Room Price : “Extra adult with an additional bed: For example ($50) per night”

  2. Additional Children Room Price : "Additional charge for a child: For example ($6) per night"

  3. Duration From - To : "Choose Here"

Duration will be displayed Left Side Bottom Corner in Feature Image “single Page”
